You will need your double partner's name and email address. Each player needs to register separately. We do not offer blind dates.

- Tram 2 or 3A: Get off at stop Merksem Oudebareel. Use the website https://www.delijn.be/ to plan your itinerary.
- Parking: Free car parking is available on-site at the venue.
Rules
Tournament schedule
- Morning: Poule (Group) phase. Every team plays multiple matches to determine seeding.
- Afternoon: Knock-out phase. All teams advance to the afternoon brackets, ensuring a full day of play for everyone.
Shuttlecock policy
- Official Match Shuttle: All levels will play with Victor Champion No. 1 (feather shuttlecocks).
- Exception for the C- Level: Matches may be played with a Yonex Mavis 300 (Plastic shuttlecock), only if all players on the court unanimously agree before the match begins. If there is no total agreement, feather shuttles must be used.

All levels are gender neutral (the levels indicated are those of men’s doubles).
Lunch
Lunch Break: Our famous buffet-style lunch is back! It will be provided for all players during the break between the poule phase and the knock-out phase.
Free Refreshments: Extra sweets, fruits, water, and coffee will be available throughout the day.
Our venue cafeteria: Here you can get something to take care of any other cravings or extra drinks you might want during the event.

- Price: €50 per player.

Withdrawal Policy:
Please note that refunds cannot be guaranteed for cancellations made after 1 October 2026.
A succesful Registration:
Your registration is complete once payment is received.
A spot in a division is reserved only when both team members have completed their registration and payment. (We recommend registering at the same time as your partner.)
If a level is no longer visible, it is full. However, you can still sign up for the waiting list.
Applicants on the waiting list will be contacted in order of registration if a spot opens up.
If your partner was unable to register in time, we will explore available options.
If no solution can be found, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
